DELIVERY OPTIONS

We are pleased to offer a variety of delivery options. Remember if you need it quick, we offer a next day delivery service provided your order is placed online by 2pm using the correct delivery option.

 Royal Mail 1st class - this is not guaranteed next working day although a high proportion do arrive next day. This item is not insured. 

  Royal Mail 1st class tracked - this is a 2-3 days service but 96% do arrive next day.  This can be tracked online. This item is insured.

  Royal Mail Special Delivery - guaranteed next working day and tracked online. This item is insured. Your order needs to be placed by 2pm to guarantee this service.

  Interlink Next Day - guaranteed by 5pm. Your order must be placed by 2pm to guarantee this service.

  Interlink Next Day 12am - guaranteed by 12noon. Your order must be placed by 2pm to guarantee this service. 

  Orders placed by 2pm will be attended to that day

Important Information

Orders placed before 2pm Mon - Fri will be processed and dispatched that day

Orders received after 2pm Mon - Fri will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

Orders received Saturday, Sunday or on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

RETURNS POLICY

We are sure you will be happy with your purchase, however if for some reason you wish to return it please do contact us.

All you need to do is drop us an email within 7 days of the delivery date to partymania@btconnect.com and provide the following information

 - Your email address

- Your order number & item(s) ordered

- The reason for the return

Then simply pack up the item and send it back to us at Party Mania, 30 West Nicolson Street, Edinburgh EH89DD. Please include the original despatch note with the item. Please also ensure you take out the necessary postal insurance and send back to us recorded delivery. Alternativley you can bring it into the shop. All original packaging should be inlcuded and accessory items must be unopened. The item(s) must be without damage, unworn and unused and be suitable for reale. All items will be inspected on return and a refund issued. We do not refund postage charges or. Refunds will not be issued after the returns date has passed.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund on tights and stockings, eye lashes and cosmetics, wigs, beards and facial hair. All prosthetics and special effects makeup.
